Description: The user drop-down menu in the Instructor’s Course Home page is cropped and cannot be scrolled down.

Steps:

Log in as an instructor.
Navigate to the Course Home page.
Set the text size to 100% or larger from the browser setting.
Open the user drop-down menu located upper right corner of the page (A round blue user icon).

Expected Results:

The drop-down menu can be scrolled down when it is beyond the screen limit, and all menu elements are displayed.

Actual Results:

The drop-down menu is cropped when the text size is 100% or larger, and the some menu elements are not displayed.
