The concept of Clean URLs (or SpeakingURLs) intends "to improve the usability and accessibility of a website or web service by being immediately and intuitively meaningful to non-expert users" (Wikipedia).

Currently, sks-keyserver URLs are not very user-friendly. This can be improved, for example with suggestions like this:
