How to prioritize DHW over SH ?

DHW is set to 2 h in the morning (6-8 am) and 2h in the evening (5-7 pm). The remaining hours are used for SH only. This is done for CHP and HP (Solar collectors produce only for DHW).

Could this be solved with active flow count constraint?

Apparently, the active flow constraint does not work with the investment mode. It need to have a binary for the operation of the equipement which is not implemented in the investment mode.
