unit number for files collided

When trying to run the simulation some of the unit numbers for numbering the files (assigned files) are being changed and others not. The commit below is a functioning version, where all the unit numbers (the not changing ones) are changed so that it works.
For the error to reproduce change for example the unitWeatherData=39 to 38 under simulations/common_ddcks/weather/SMA_hourlyMean.ddck
