Settings Window Improvement

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Windows tab in Settings is difficult to work with with sweaty hands and on a touch screen with no scrolling (and buttons are small)

Describe the solution you'd like
Some options:
-Remember window size
-Allow ordering of active windows and profiles
-Move profiles section above active windows section (or maybe just a separate tab altogether)
-Make the activate button bigger

Additional context
Scrolling is almost impossible on a touchscreen and hitting those arrows to scroll down is hard and very dangerous when the delete profile button is right next to it.
