Update Storybook dependencies to include "Code" panel for stories

Why?

In #1904, we created a Storybook PR to contribute a "Code" panel for single stories. We want to wait until the feature is officially released in Storybook itself and then update our onyx Storybook to include this new feature.

Acceptance criteria

• All Storybook dependencies are updated to the new released version which includes the new code panel feature
• The "Code" panel is shown correctly and shows the code snippet for the story

Definition of Done

• follow-up tickets were created if necessary
• Storybook can show the feature
