Fields can't be added to objects using mixins (#188).

This was supposed to be solved in #267 but the design was wrong and it appears it doesn't work (#271). The feature was reverted in #273.

It might be feasible by adding a specific MixinDocumentTemplate -> MixinDocumentImplementation (see #271).
