Also catch platform deprecation signals

[GoogleCodeExporter]

WADeprecatedToolFilter only catches Seaside/Grease deprecation signals 
deprecation messages. It should also catch platform deprecation signals.

Add a new method `#deprecationExceptionSet` on `GRPlatform` that answers 
whatever platform signal should be considered as well.
