Added:

sed -i 's|OSSEC_AGENT_ENABLED=yes|OSSEC_AGENT_ENABLED=no|g' /etc/nsm/securityonion.conf
sed -i 's|BRO_ENABLED=yes|BRO_ENABLED=no|g' /etc/nsm/securityonion.conf
