flash of unstyled popup

After answering a review question and hitting the f key, there is a very brief popup before the info section is expanded. Unfortunately it's a light background so it's annoying.

I can't figure out how to capture the markup though to figure out how to style it. It disappears too quickly.

I'll try emulating a low-bandwidth connection.

After emulating a throttled connection, I can tell it's rendered in a ::after pseudo-element, but it still disappears too quickly for me to figure out how to style it.

I'll try the network tab next to see if I can find the markup.

I'll take a look, but I need to know what the markup looks like (at least the class name of f the pseudo-element.
