  • Attacking from rear has wrong structural crit chance when TAC is disabled.
  • Crit transfer should be based on components, before empty slots.
  • F1-F4 only works on first combat after launch.
  • Weapon panel's reduced damage is sometimes wrong, esp. when doing multi-target (issue Weapon info todos #25).
  • Base hit chance does not use same format as weapon panel (e.g. 83% vs 82.5%)

Closing in preparation for 3.0 release. Leaving reduced damage number for next release.
