NMEA 0183 input parser for SensESP

Hey y'all,

I've revived the old and long-defunct GPS compass code and generalized it into a proper NMEA 0183 input module: https://github.com/SensESP/NMEA0183/

The new module supports the NMEA 0183 sentences of common GNSS (GPS/Galileo/GLONASS) receivers out of the box, so it is now very easy to create GPS receivers with SensESP. Other NMEA 0183 sentences are also easy to implement, so if you have for example an NMEA 0183 wind instrument and you want to connect it to your Signal K or NMEA 2000 network, this the module you want!
