Garam masala spice mix

Ingredients:

  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Cardamom
  • Black pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pot on medium heat
  2. Toast the spices until fragrant
  3. Remove off heat and cool with the lid on the pot
  4. Keep the spices in an air tight container
