As the title says, sometimes same CVE will have multiple URLs and exploits, so group all of them together and keep all the source list.

Example:

 CVE-2014-3704                                          | Drupal HTTP Parameter Key/Value SQL Injection                                           | 2014-10-18 | https://packetstormsecurity.com/files/128741 |
| CVE-2014-3704                                          | Drupal 7.x SQL Injection                                                                | 2014-10-17 | https://packetstormsecurity.com/files/128744 |
