背景

Markdown は少ないとはいえ学習コストがかかる。

今後の他大学展開において、Markdown であることが導入を躊躇する要因になりうる。

実装内容

WYSIWYG エディタを導入する
- お知らせ・申請フォームエディターなどで導入
Markdown パーサーは廃止しても良さそう？
