Since the server is public, we can suffer rate limitation problems, specifically if somef is not properly configured.

If such thing happens, Vider should show an error such as "We have hit a GitHub API rate limitation. Please try in a few minutes" warning message.

Somef must return a way of knowing that theres is a rate limitation
