Failing to download opcodes

I started setting up this on a new VM because I'm using a new pc, and after setting everything up, whenever I run the script it just hangs forever while it says "downloading opcode definitions". I tried making a new VM and doing the procedure over again but no success. I'm using Ubuntu server, here's a screenshot

If your Internet connection is fine then you might hit into the Github API limit. Wait about an hour before run the script again.
