Add an active filter to the listing generator results APIs (i.e. list_{cpu, memory, block, packet}_generator_results ). When specifying the filter only active generator results are returned.

Now we need to list all results and iterate over them to find active ones. If there are plenty of inactive results and few active ones, we can save some efforts.
