a2billing.php hangs durin pin number #140

I am facing a strange issue with a2billing.php
using - voucher.

Step one - Pl enter account number - if entered goes to the next stage if not asks for three times and hangsup

Step two - After entering the account - pl enter the pin number - if entered goes to the next step.

if not entered not asking anything and keep on waiting even after off hook the receiver.

This behaviour increases the dead chanels and asterisk stop working after reaching 150 channels
