Release v2.5.4

We're aware of the recent update that broke Decky Settings and Store pages.

You can either;
A) Downgrade to Stable SteamOS Update Channel and update to the latest pre-release/release
or
B) Run the installer in desktop mode to get the latest version which will have the fix for the non-working full-screen pages.

Unfortunately, there is a more extensive issue with plugins that navigate to external web pages which we cannot fix via a Decky Loader update. We're currently investigating this issue and aiming to fix it, but those plugins will need to be updated individually. Thanks for your patience.
