area:highway in combination with markings, surface and kerbs

Hi fellow mappers :)

I just noticed that you render area:highway and it really looks impressive. Until now, I only knew of OsmAnd (and OrganicMaps partly) that would render those. Very cool.

Do you have plans on adding more features, like traffic island with kerbs or markings along footway crossings? For example, Berlin is seeing a lot a details there lately, like https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=21/52.46971/13.33156 or https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?way=1102167530#map=20/52.48074/13.42538.

I guess there is might be potential for nice visualizations :). Does your data model allow to query the linear highways inside area:highway, to project its properties (like surface or markings) on the area?
