cannot load such file -- vagrant/uplift

Hi,

I wanted a quick way to get a virtual SharePoint lab environment on my mac, and found the Uplift project. I tried using the sp16lts-dev Vagrantfile from uplift-contrib.

Downloaded the Vagrantfile and tried running vagrant up, with the following result:

Vagrant failed to initialize at a very early stage:

The plugins failed to load properly. The error message given is
shown below.

cannot load such file -- vagrant/uplift

Running on macOS Mojave (10.14.6)
Vagrant 2.2.6

Output of vagrant plugin list

vagrant-reload (0.0.1, global)
vagrant-uplift (0.2.1902.49, global)

Also running into this issue. Any idea what might be causing this?

Is this project actively maintained?
Legacy? Has it been replaced by something else?
