Vosk/Whisper assisted subtitle synchronization

Hi, is there any way to do this? Not only in Subtitle Edit, but in general. It would really help me and since we have both functions, it's just a matter of combining them together. I just don't know how :)

1. Take a plain text (e.g. a pre-prepared transcript of a TV show) and generate time stamps.
2. Use Whisker/Vosk and such to polish the synchronization.
