Question regarding the usage of Whisper and Vosk/Kaldi in environments with a Proxy server

Hello everyone!
A couple of colleages and I would like to try the Audio to Text (Whisper) and Audio to Text (Vosk/Kaldi) options, but we are having some troubles enabling them.

We are working in an environment with a Proxy Server, and it seems the download from the github repository is being blocked by that server:

If I try typing that URL directly in my browser, I can download it straight away.
Does anybody know what addresses I should add to the whilelist of the proxy configuration for it to work?
Or is it any manual way of making Whisper and Vosk/Kaldi to work if I download the necessary .zip file manually from the link shown in the image attached attached above?

Sharing one update:

I contacted Mr. Nikolaj Lynge Olsson directly and he suggested using any of these two options:

1. Under Settings > Network > Proxy server settings
2. Download a portable version of the software, connect directly to the internet to download all necessary plugins, and then share that portable version with the team that uses the network connected to the Proxy Server.

We did try 01 but it seems it might not be implemented within the software configuration, so we couldn't make it work.
Luckily, 02 worked well! So we are using this workaround method to solve this issue.
