Need help with subtitle requirements

Hi, everybody. One of my clients has just asked me if I could create some subtitles with the following requirements:

Cinecanvas XML per reel timed at 24 fps, formatted within the D Cinema Subtitle 1.0 or 1.1 standard.

We will also need to have the FontID as font size set along with any x or y positioning for the text within the XML file.

● Timed Text Font and Font Call should be included inside the XML package.
● Supplied fonts utilized for Timed Text must be smaller than 640KB

I understand the XML format file requirements, but I don't understand the rest of them. Could you please help me with this one?
