Landing and layout cleanup

The landing page should be changed to a two-column view, similar to the new GitHub dashboard.

Landing Page

Column 1 should show Your and Starred projects. The more link should take the user to the appropriate tab of the projects page.

Column 2 should show the Welcome message and, later, will the where activity will be shown.

Overall Layout

We should compare ways of doing the overall layout of the UI. One would be to have the main content take up e.g., 8 columns, and have it centered (offset = 2). This is similar to how sites like Kaggle, and the older GitHub pages are set up.

An alternative is for the app to take up the fill width of the browser, similar to how Gigantum and the newer GitHub (e.g., the new GitHub dashboard) are laid out.

Secondary Navigation

Add shading in the header background on the secondary navigation section to make the tabs stand out more clearly.
