Description of the Bug

after some amount of time, constantly working machines stop generating sounds
possible cause: GTCEU config is limiting the max amount of sounds played to 512 by default
change the maxNumSounds to a higher number for a possible fix

Reproduction

1. place down (presumably a lot of) machines
2. let them constantly run for a few hours
