Public keeper function freezeRate(bytes32 currencyKey) external may have typos at line 202 and 203, change inverse.frozenAtUpperLimit = (rate == inverse.upperLimit); to inverse.frozenAtUpperLimit = (rate >= inverse.upperLimit) ?
