feat: consolidation the subsystems of coenzyme A metabolism

Description of the issue:

• Coenzyme A (CoA) is an important molecule that plays a critical role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in human (and animal) body.

Current feature/value/output:

• In Human-GEM, now there are 3 separate but interlinked subsystems related to CoA metabolism: Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis, CoA synthesis, and CoA catabolism. for example:
  • MAR08978 from CoA catabolism is the extracellular version of MAR07731 from Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis
  • MAR08204 and MAR08984 from CoA synthesis are the extracellular version of MAR04732 and MAR08792 from Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis, respectively
  • MAR04718 from Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis is the cytosolic version of MAR01634 from CoA synthesis
  • MAR11416 from CoA synthesis and MAR04723 from Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis are both catalyzed by PPCS

Expected feature/value/output:

• Merge the three subsystems into one Pantothenate and CoA metabolism
