KPL scene button works, but controlled devices don't update state in HA

I'm using Home Assistant, and I have a scene set for a button, when I press the button, the insteon devices act accordingly, but their states do not update in Home Assistant.

I've debugged by sitting on insteon/# in mosquitto debug, but I don't see any messages come across.

Thoughts?

Circling back to myself here, I reviewed the logs and it seems that only one light is considered part of the 'group' for that scene. I attempted to 'refresh' the device DB and I get timeouts before it can finish. Is there a way to extend the command so it won't timeout?
