By this, I mean those akin to vehicle stories, house stories, and zone stories as opposed to them existing always as player-centric events. These would be rare, of course, but would hammer in that the helicopters were/are existing independently in other areas of the world through you stumbling upon flyers, zombie corpses, and even drops and crashes. It could also help organically improve event rarity without actually having to increase the number of events themselves, because even if you never experienced a particular event directly, you could still find evidence of that event having occurred elsewhere in the world.
