Please answer the questions below, it helps us to track the issue.

Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): MySQL
Which TablePlus version number are you using: 538 but also happened on previous versions
The steps to reproduce this issue:

a. Run a query that returns an empty set;
b. Run a query that returns results;
c. Column width isn't adjusted.
