grafik

Expected:

What are the information that are expected:

  1. How does the Enterprise Wallet work?
    • Step by step, maybe with screenshots
    • How does it work in practice? "install app, scan QR code, voila"
  2. How can I get access to this feature?
    • Create an account, accept and read the terms
    • Get in touch, understand how to request an offer
  3. How can I customize the app (this is likeley the guided process on the website along with explanations)
  4. Important: What can be customized because THIS makes me curious to buy this feature.

Disclaimer "not a laywer":
I doubt that Section 11. and 12. are possible for a paid service and can only be applied in combination with e.g. open source code if you look at a MIT license.
Such liability exclusions cannot be part of "standard terms of service" but must be a separate. Also they cannot be too broad. I am just reading over this which gave me doubts: https://www.ashurst.com/en/insights/quickguide-limitation-and-exclusion-of-liability/
