Tx Safety featire prompts user the first time it's able to perform a TX Safety scan.
This may disrupt user experience and first impression of users after onboarding.

Implement a whitelist instructing wallet to ignore Tx Safety prompts & checks on *.talisman.xyz websites.

Update: UI to be changed from an automatically-opening drawer to something less disruptive
