Feature request: Support for Private Liked Lists

Feature description

Add the ability to use private user-made liked lists as playlists. From the bug report issue: #1864

Use case

It'll let us have Plex playlists from Trakt lists which we do not necessarily want to expose to the public. For example, I have a private Trakt of movies and shows I'd like to see next. Think of it like a sublist of the Trakt Watchlist. That list gets fed into Sonarr/Raddar so it'd be nice to have the same list as a playlist on Plex.

I can definitely, and would like to, contribute. I just need someone to point me in the right direction.
