TcMenu 4.0 BETA testing.

TcMenu 3.2 is a substantial release, it contains full I18N support and the ability to handle card layout.

Not only is this the first attempt at internationalising the UI itself (about half done), but you can also build multi-lingual menus with it.

You can look at the 3.2 milestones to see what's included.

The BETA release of 3.2 is available (macOS following a bit later today), please read through the release notes carefully before downloading and trying.

I think that 3.2 is really going to become 4.0, the release adds several substantial new features. What's been added since the start of the 3.2 cycle:

• I18N support is now in better shape.
• Runtime menu items and lists had a significant makeover and are now much easier to create.
• A few more bugfixes
• [EDIT] Another huge improvement thanks to @vzahradnik is that the designer is far easier to set up in an IDE (with instructions) and also translated into Slovakian and Czech.

There are a few bugs still here and there, but it is heading in the right direction now. Once a few more bugs are fixed, and then confirmed fixed, I'll make another BETA, and all being well that would become the release.

What's going to go in before the release:

1. Any critical bugs found during testing, especially in i18n support.
2. Fixes to card layout to make it work properly.
3. A very basic starting point for the i18n tidy command

Another batch of tidying up today should have sorted out most of the issues around runtime menu item creation. This makes creating items at runtime far, far easier than it is now.

I think now 4.0 is feature complete, and I'm going round on a bug fixing mission to get it as good as possible before release.

Note, this has become 4.0, it's a very large release and will need users to do full library upgrades in order to use it. It signifies to people how much stuff is actually in this release.
