Craig: Fix the jquery for stopping members from submitting when the username is taken
Dana/Jasmine: Fix the angular so that form can't submit when passwords don't match

Angular is fixed, form can't be submitted if passwords are too short or don't match.

Still have the issue of form can be submitted if username is taken
