NullPointerException on specific Video

I could replicate this on both NewPipe and Piped.
YouTube says: "The uploader has not made this video available in your country."

In such a case, it would be nice to throw a ContentNotAvailable exception.

The real issue is the fetch of the get_video_info endpoint, which returns 404 (YouTube is deprecating this endpoint), and is not related to the error messages. It will be fixed by #665.
