[Feature Request] GetCropped width/height variations and GetCrop percentages

Adding functions to get width with the zoom and the cropped variations could be useful.

I'll try to get this done for alpha 5, because the next release (4.9.6) should be here shortly and I don't want to add onto current workloads.

Here's what I outlined in a chat earlier:

GetCropLeft -> returns internal percentage
GetCropRight -> returns internal percentage
GetCropTop -> returns internal percentage
GetCropBottom -> returns internal percentage

GetCroppedWidth -> width*(1-(cropleft+cropright)).
if < 0 return 0, If > width return width
	
GetCroppedZoomedWidth -> zoomx*width*(1-(cropleft+cropright)).
if < 0 return 0, If > zoomx*width return zoomx*width
	
GetCroppedHeight -> height*(1-(croptop+cropbottom)).
if < 0 return 0, If > height return height

GetCroppedZoomedHeight -> zoomy*height*(1-(croptop+cropbottom)).
if < 0 return 0, If > zoomy*height return zoomy*height
