[Feature Request] Courses overhaul

Courses in Outfox right now are pretty much exactly the same as they are in base StepMania, which is pretty bad and lacklustre. You don't get many options at all for specifying what a course should contain, since there aren't many dynamic features at all. I don't think courses need to be backwards compatible, since they're so underused right now, but here is what I'd like to see:

• Difficulty levels specified by the creator, which each have a type (Novice/Easy/Medium/Hard/Edit), meter and name to display.
• What competitions the course is compatible in, whether that be Nonstop, Oni, Endless or something else.
• Songs to load, what game type to load for each, and which chart to play from that game type.
• The above information is repeated for each difficulty, meaning a course may become something entirely different when switching difficulties.
• The ability to display messages to the player during or after a song, for example, congratulating them when they get to an intermission.
• The ability to hide tracks from the list to give players a surprise.
• The ability to mark tracks as bonuses, meaning that it's impossible to fail them but they still award points.
• More dynamic random selection, like BEST# or * but with more variety and the ability to add conditions to the search. Examples I can think of include charts with attacks, charts with videos, charts within specific folders, etc.

There's so many more things that can be done with courses to make them worth playing, I hope you all consider this.
