Reorder buttons in Config Key/Joy Mapping menu

Following a discussion with a newcomer, i feel like the displayed mappings should be re-ordered. To play the game (at least, dance), you need Left/Right/Up/Down. MenuLeft/MenuRight/MenuUp/MenuDown are useless for most players out there (it's a dedicab thing). Yes those menus buttons are displayed first, resulting in people thinking they have properly mapped their controllers, and then they get confused.

Left/Right/Up/Down/Select/Start is what you need to play the game, they should be displayed first. Menu buttons can be shoved down the list for those who need them.
