[Feature Request] Allow more control of what StepsTypes are shown in ScreenDemonstration

I noticed in an update a while ago that ScreenDemonstration began showing steps for non-4 panel StepsTypes (namely 3 and 6 panel) in dance mode. While a nice touch, it's something that I would like to prevent from happening on a setup that doesn't have the additional panels needed for these charts.

Exact implementation is probably better left to someone more familiar with the engine than me, but a few possible solutions:

• The most sleek and game mode-agnostic method would probably be to prevent showing a chart in demo gameplay if the inputs required for it aren't currently mapped (i.e. top left panel not mapped = don't show 3/6 panel for dance)
• Alternatively, maybe add an extra metric to go with the "AllowStyleTypes" metric that already exists on ScreenDemonstration, like a "AllowStepsTypes" or "HideStepsTypes"?
• If there's anything else in metrics that controls the StepsTypes shown elsewhere in the theme, tying this into that could make a ton of sense, too.
