Make CSV point size smaller

Customer request: "General map display isn't as clear in the dev environment - the 'dots' are too big.  Refer to a map of bores, in the production environment (image in column C), and the same map in dev (image in column D).  Please revert to current production display of dots."
In every CSV catalog item, set the point size to the old v7 default.
