V7 - V8: Radio buttons

As a user,
When a multi-dimensional catalog item only has a few dimensions, I want too see them all listed as radio buttons rather than having to click the dropdown arrow
So that I can save time having to go through a drop down and access information more easily.

This was a feature in v7 that we need to support in v8. The UI is half there, but it's all still knockout based. My recommendation is that if you have less than ~5 dimensions, use radio buttons, otherwise use a dropdown.
