Additional icons for bot accounts and private/locked posts

It would be nice to have additional icons at the end of a profile name to see at a glance which are bots and private/locked posts.

This is a good idea, although I'm not sure if it should be in the name itself. Generally people get touchy if clients start touching those bits as people use custom emojis at the end of their names to signal other things. Possibly as a profile picture badge however?
