No Sync of car position #95

BeamNG: 0.23.2
KissMP: 4.5

Computer 1:
Win 10
BeamNG
Kiss Sever / Kiss Bridge

Computer 2:
Linux
BeamNG
Kiss Bridge

Both can join the server. But position of cars are not getting updated. They just keep staying on initial position at the other computer.

Same setup used to work couple of week before latest BeamNG update and Kiss 4.4
