Can't seem to get the mod working..

Hello TheWreckingCrew!

So i've downloaded the mod and packed the bloodsplatter folder into a PBO however when i load it ingame the mod isn't really working, the CBA settings are there but blood and vaporization or any of the sort is not working what so ever, is this on my end or what's happening?
