Create a basic layout for the index page.

Should Include:
Our Logo
Banner with Team Name
Sponsor Images
Link Bar
Content Pane

For color suggestions, use the following palette:

Once we have a basic layout for the index.html page, we can modify it for other pages.

Everything is there except implementing the proper color-scheme

Other comments: I thought it would be cool to have everything all-in-one. Look at "ACTUAL REVISION 1" to see what I mean. Otherwise, if the team would prefer to have separate pages, that would not be hard to change either.

No one's given me feedback on the color-scheme, which doesn't follow the palette above. Is that okay and can I close this ticket? Or does anybody have problems with the scheme?
