Don't push to master

Yes, I was aware of the menu being improperly shown in IE and was going to fix that. But realize that the view on IE looked pretty much fine besides the menu having a minor glitch. The so-called "glitch soup" only happened after you guys started messing with the CSS on the master branch. Now the whole website is "glitch soup." Even for Chrome / Firefox.

Soooo...

• I'm reverting everything back to February 15.
• Duncan, please email me the additional content you want to add to the site in plaintext with a description of where you want it to go / make a branch.
• Also, Duncan, I'd appreciate some feedback on the site from you. (I know you did the website last year.)
• After the above is done, then you can make issues and branches of where we still have problems.
