Add non-global emotes or emote sets

The user should be able to add their own emotes / emote set to the loaded emotes.

Commands:
!sc -emoteSet <emoteSetName> - adds an emote set by its name
!sc -emote <emoteId> - adds an emote by its id

Emote-Sets should also be configurable in a settings file and then be loaded at startup, so that they won't have to be added manually every time the application starts.
